Do I have to install it myself?
No, you don't and we can put you in contact with one of our approved installation engineers.
They will arrange a site visit, inform you of the steps required and source all the required trunking and other equipment needed. Installation will only commence on you signing off and agreeign to their site survey findings and recommendations.

What is included in the price?
The price shown is only for the all-in-one unit. This does not include installation, cables, trunking equipment, mounting equipment or shipping/transportation costs. You will need to collect the unit from our Onesun partner location or arrange transport to your address.
Can it be connected to my home's distribution board?
Yes. You can connect it directly to your household electrical connection. The system can be connected so that it switches automatically to powering your home's devices once there is an outage. We offer installation services from a network of installers for an additional fee and would be happy to discuss installation with you.
